End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (EULA) between you (the Licensee) and Scifipoetry (the Licensor) governs the use of the Font Software and the fonts. By downloading or using the Font Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Your access and usage of the fonts is subject to the conditions contained herein, all of which constitute a legal agreement between you (the Licensee) and the Licensor (hereinafter the License). By installing, accessing and/or using the fonts, the Licensee acknowledges to have read, understood and agrees to be bound by this License.
If you do not agree to this License, you are invited to discuss the issue with the Licensor. The Licensor is an independent design studio that thrives by keeping customers satisfied and is open to new ways of providing a better service. The Licensor believes that Fonts with unreasonable restrictions do not ultimately contribute to anyone’s satisfaction and tries its best to keep licensing adaptable to as many workflows as possible.
01. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Licensee acknowledges that the Fonts, trademarks, copyrights, including the copyright of the typeface, and any other intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of the Licensor, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Licensor remains the sole owner of the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Fonts and the Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights in the Fonts.
02. MODIFICATION
The Licensee is not allowed to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Fonts without Scifipoeetry’s prior written consent. The Licensee is allowed to convert the typeface into vectors shapes and modify these shapes as graphic objects. The Licensee is allowed to subset the WebFonts in order to reduce its file size.
03. LICENSE
The Licensee is allowed to create graphical designs and products, as long as the letters are not the main selling point of the Licensees product, e. g. house numbers, stamps, craft templates or punched letters. The Licensee is also allowed to upload the Font(s) on a web server (self-hosted) and embed it into a website using the css @fontface method. This License is not limited to a maximum number of page views, traffic or domains, the Licensee only has to be the owner of the respective domain. Any other method than @font-face is not permitted.
04. FREE LICENSE / TRIAL VERSION
The Licensee may use a Font freely for its personal use, as long as it does not receive any monetary gain from the use of the Font, and does not use the Font on a publicly available platform such as a website, application, or social media profile, or in relation to a company logo or any public broadcast. Otherwise, the Licensee must purchase the appropriate commercial License, as per its projected use as described below.
05. THIRD PARTIES
The Licensee may provide the Font(s) to its Subcontractor or any third parties, that are working on behalf of the Licensee or its Subcontractor. The Third Party must agree to use the font exclusively for the Licensees/Subcontractors work; agree to the terms of this license and retain no copies of the typeface(s) after completion of the work. The Licensee may not provide the Font or make it accessible to any other third parties. The Licensee is not allowed to lend, redistribute, sub-license or (re)sell the Font(s) or offer a free (public) download of the Font(s).
06. LIMITED LIABILITY
A lot of time and work has taken into all of Scifipoetry’s available typefaces – optically and technically. Every effort has been taken to produce the Font(s) to the highest standards, in no circumstance, Scifipoetry will be liable to the Licensee for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages including any lost profits, lost data or lost savings. All font software installed is done so at the Licensee’s risk.
07. MISCELLANEOUS
Scifipoetry reserves the right to modify and update this License at any time without notice. However, the EULA that was valid at the time of purchase remains valid.
08. TERMINATION
This End User License Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically if the Licensee doesn’t comply with any term herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all Font(s) and backups.
09. JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This Agreement shall not be subject to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. The court of jurisdiction is in Halle (Saale), Germany.

The License grants you the right to use the font files we send you. Scifipoetry’s license model is based on the company size, which is defined by the total number of permanent employees at the licensee’s company. Every license is all-inclusive, meaning it is valid for all types of media, forever and worldwide, as long as you keep the files strictly within the licensee’s company.
Language Support
Typefaces cover most Latin languages. If your language is not supported or you would like to commission a character set extension, feel free to reach out.
Payment
This site allows you to directly purchase licenses via PayPal or credit card. Please get in touch if you don’t have a PayPal account or credit card or prefer to pay via bank transfer. All prices listed are final and in Euro.
Order Refunds or Changes
